I don’t know how we managed our firm before LawBase. It is almost infinitely changeable and we can add fields or pages and generate any type of report at the drop of a hat.
There are newer client management programs on the market. I have tried most of them and have never found one as good as LawBase. It has my unconditional recommendation.
The reporting feature allows me the flexibility of providing reports at the drop of a hat. One of the reports has been very helpful in determining the reserves on each case file. This is a report that took me up to two days to complete prior to LawBase…I cannot express enough how completely satisfied I am with LawBase and the program features that Synaptec designed. LawBase has made my job so much easier!
